• Information you provide. When you submit an enquiry, audit request or other form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, website or Google Business Profile, city or country, practice area, and any message.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, through analytics.
• Cookies and attribution. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember how you found us (for example, campaign/UTM parameters and referrer), so we can understand and improve our marketing.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the audit, report or services you request;
• To communicate with you about your enquiry and, where you have agreed, about relevant updates;
• To operate, analyse and improve our website and marketing;
• To keep records and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

How your information is stored and shared

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and stored in our own systems, including our website and a secure database (Supabase), so that no enquiry is lost. We use trusted third-party service providers to run this site and our operations — including our hosting provider (Hostinger), analytics (Google Analytics), and our database provider (Supabase) — who process data on our behalf. If you contact us via WhatsApp, that communication is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and client data for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal and business requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on your location — and in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) — you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@lexgrow.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics or attribution cookies will not stop you using the site, but may limit how we can measure and improve it.
